Damaged Products

Please check your order as soon as you receive it.
Damaged products must be reported to us within 72 hours/3 days of delivery.

Damaged products can be handled one of two ways:
1. You can file a claim and get your money back
2. We can file the claim and re-ship the items.

If you want to file a claim and get your money back, please go to the carrier's website and follow the instructions to file a claim.

If you would like us to file the claim and re-ship your items please email [email protected] with pictures of your damaged product(s) and the box it came in. We MUST have a picture of the box.

We will use these pictures to file a claim with the carrier (UPS, FedEx or USPS) and we will re-ship your items.

NOTE: Claims are time sensitive and while we have up to 60 days (with certain carriers) to file a damage claim, the earlier we file, the more likely we are to be reimburse so we can re-ship your product(s).
